Hello! My name is Amanda, I am a certified Holistic Sleep Coach and a mum of two based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. I work with families offering sleep support for babies and children from newborn up to 6 years of age. If you are looking for a truly gentle and responsive approach, you have come to the right place!
There are SO many books, articles and blogs available out there which are great to provide basic information on sleep but, ultimately every family situation, every parent and every child is different. There are many different approaches to sleep support and my aim is to work with you and your family using gentle, evidence based techniques whilst taking into consideration your personal circumstances, parenting style and being responsive to your child's needs.
It's really difficult to know what is 'normal' and how a baby 'should' be sleeping. The truth is, there's no such thing as normal or should. Each and every single person from baby to parent are different and it's about understanding them as an individual and not just a person within an age range, working on text book averages.
I am fully insured, a member of the British Sleep Society and fluent in British Sign Language so I am able to offer video consultations to hard of hearing parents who wish to use this service.

Amanda gave me confidence and reassured me that I hadn’t done anything wrong. She gave me so much information about baby sleep and tailor made support to help with our little one. Just having her on the end of the phone to ask the odd question and advice was so reassuring. She was completely invested in us and our son. Night Feed Weaning Workshop
